Julie Young – Professional Order Restorer
Julie has always loved order and organizing! (As a young girl, her Mom vividly remembers her having all of her socks neatly folded and organized, by color, in her sock drawer.) And she loves to help others!
After hearing Vicki speak at a conference, she “courted” Restoring Order for nearly 10 years, and she purchased both of her books, that very day.
Over the past several years, she began scaling back and simplifying her own home, calendar, and life, and continues to do so, in order to make room for what matters most to her. She looks forward to helping others do the same.
Becoming a Consultant with Restoring Order was a natural fit. She enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships with them. She finds it worthwhile and fulfilling to be a part of the progress made and to rejoice in the sense of accomplishment her clients feel, when completing a project.
Julie’s warm, welcoming personality and genuine love of others instantly puts clients at ease and makes them feel comfortable. Her passion is to make a valuable difference in the lives of others, encouraging and nurturing them, along the way.
With many years of diverse experience in the professional world of banking, insurance, state government, non-profit, and healthcare, serving customers, clients, donors, and patients, Julie has been given the opportunity to order and organize and to create lasting systems as she managed people, calendars, physical space, volunteers, and events.
Julie is a native of Oregon, having grown up in Salem, and currently lives in Keizer. She and her husband, Lloyd, of 21 years, have a grown daughter that lives in LA. She’s a dedicated member of her church, serving in the Music Ministry and Women’s Ministries for over 20 years. She truly feels the best things in life aren’t things . . . Julie loves her dear family and friends, music, dogs, health & wellness, party planning, Tea, decorating, dark chocolate, sharing hospitality with others, the beach, the mountains, entertaining, walking, biking, and camping, including a good ol’ fashioned campfire!
