A member of the National Speakers Association, Norris inspires audiences at regional and national speaking engagements. She also conducts corporate seminars that help employees conquer disorder in the workplace.

Transforming lives is also a personal commitment to Norris as she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Portland Rescue Mission and on the business council of Newberg Foursquare Church. Vicki lives in Sherwood, Oregon with her husband Trevor and son Nash.
